1. who we are

daitlist ("we", "us") is a social waitlist product. by creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. eligibility

you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use daitlist. you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. acceptable use

no harassment, doxxing, hate speech, spam, scraping, or unlawful content. we may suspend accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

4. paid plans

pro weekly renews automatically every 7 days until you cancel. pro lifetime is a one-time charge for ongoing access. boosters are consumable one-time purchases. all prices are in usd unless stated otherwise. you can cancel a recurring subscription anytime from the manage subscription portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. content

you own what you post. by posting you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

7. disclaimer & liability

the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. termination

you can delete your account anytime. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. changes

we may update these terms. material changes will be announced in-app.
